I laid it down,
conflict of heart
and soul;
dropped it into
the reaching hands
of Abba Father,
the One
who sees
and knows all.
I left it there,
entrusted to
the One
in full control.

soul rest,

of wind

This is a beautiful writing, Glenda. I love all of your writings.
Giving something to Abba Father is sometimes what many of us do, but then have a tendency to take it, and try to handle it in the interest of feeling responsibility. For example, like mothers with sick or hurting children.
But taking it back is not fully trusting our father…..something I’ve learned to look at, in the past year. Your writing addresses this! Thank you. Much love!
