I will not lose heart when clouds
threaten to hide His face.
My Redeemer is strong,
full of saving grace.

I will not lose hope when doubts
rush in and fear assails.
My Redeemer is strong,
anchors, holds, prevails.

I will not despair when other loves
fail or forsake.
My Redeemer leaves not,
Remains for Love’s sake.

One day heaven’s curtain will open
and I will see His face.
Til then I will wait,
strengthened by His grace.
