Christmas is a good time of the year to ponder
the age-old question Jesus once asked his disciples.
“Who do you say that I am?”
God whispered the same question into my heart this year. “Glenda, who do you say I Am?
I ran to the computer, eager to record who I believe Jesus is. As I wrote, the fiery trial I was going through
ended. Sometimes reminding ourselves of who Jesus
is lifts our hearts and gives a new desire to share who Jesus is.
The following is a short version of the long list the Lord gave me that day.
You are the Christ,
the Son of the Living God (Matthew 16:13-18)
The Rock I’ve built my faith upon (Matthew 16: 13-18; Luke 6:47-49)
Costly cornerstone (Isaiah 28:16)
Precious Corner Stone (1 Peter 2:6)
Chief Cornerstone (Matthew 21:42)
Choice stone (1 Peter 2:4)
Anchor of my soul (Heb. 6:19)
Shepherd of the sheep
Door of the Sheep
Shepherd who knows His own
Shepherd of my soul
Voice of Shepherd
Who do you say Jesus is?
Jesus is LORD of LORDS.
